phfun 22 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the phfun 22 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at phfun-22.com.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the phfun 22 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on phfun 22 and uses the Platform for gaming purposes.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's phfun 22 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by phfun 22.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts into their phfun 22 Wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By registering an Account on phfun 22, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the phfun 22 Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. phfun 22 will notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

If you are accessing the phfun 22 Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and by accepting these terms, you do so on their behalf.

To register and use the phfun 22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phfun 22, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the phfun 22 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phfun 22 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. phfun 22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

phfun 22 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of Account functionality.

All financial transactions on the phfun 22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phfun 22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phfun 22's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your phfun 22 Wallet in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phfun 22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. phfun 22 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

All funds deposited into your phfun 22 Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. phfun 22 reserves the right to return funds and close Accounts where third-party funding is detected.

phfun 22 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which phfun 22 bears no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their phfun 22 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, phfun 22 may require the Player to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

phfun 22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

phfun 22 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all phfun 22 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• phfun 22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

Each game available on the phfun 22 Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. phfun 22 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand game rules.

All random-outcome games on phfun 22 utilize a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phfun 22 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet. phfun 22's decision in such matters is final.

Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer and are not subject to RNG. Video recordings of all live dealer sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfun 22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on phfun 22
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the phfun 22 Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phfun 22 Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfun 22 staff or other Players
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your phfun 22 Account

phfun 22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phfun 22 Players at no cost and without requiring prior approval:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfun 22 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phfun 22 Platform.

Any unauthorized use of phfun 22's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun 22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phfun 22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phfun 22 Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfun 22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude phfun 22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phfun 22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• A Player's request for self-exclusion
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting phfun 22 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

phfun 22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on the phfun 22 website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the phfun 22 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phfun 22's customer support and dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting our support team, and phfun 22 will respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. phfun 22's regulatory obligations under PAGCOR guidelines also provide an additional avenue for escalation where applicable.
